We were staying close by and wanted to grab some food. We are from out of town and didn't make reservations. Called ahead to see if they took walk ins and they said they had bar seating and the wait wouldn't be too long but we could walk in. We were immediately able to get seated and it was packed! Server shared the specials. Everything sounded amazing. Ended up getting two pizzas to share. No room for anything else. We finished both pizzas since we couldn't have leftovers (traveling). DELICIOUS. Must go. I didn't know about this place until after when I saw Ann's episode on Chef's Table. Felt super connected to her story. Pizza was so freaking good. So glad we randomly stumbled upon it during our travel to the twin cities. Love from Wisconsin.

By far the best pizza I've ever had! I had the Forager and added caramelized onions and a light drizzle of Balsamic vinegar. The service was also absolutely amazing! Henrietta, our northern sister, was the best! She was very friendly and her service was on point! Our group of six felt welcomed and had a blast! The copper pizza oven was beautiful! What a piece of functional art! They even have a photo booth we piled into for fun pictures! If we come back to Minnesota we will visit again! Skol!

I have come here twice and loved each visit. The outside patio is west-facing, so it can get a little sunny in the late afternoon, but it is definitely nice for a summer day and is dog friendly. The interior is hard to describe: eclectic and lively, family friendly, but somehow also sophisticated enough for a nice date? The kitchen here is serious and clearly takes pizza seriously, but the vibe is so welcoming and unpretentious that it also just feels like a fun neighborhood haunt. The food here is the main attraction. Crust like you wouldn't believe--soft, baked golden with a little smoky char and nice chew. The forager pizza is a revelation--mushrooms and taleggio are such a great pairing, and with tarragon too? Absolutely delicious. We also loved the Korean BBQ and Lady Zaza pizzas. They have a well curated beer list and we thought both of the local beers we tried paired particularly well with the pizza. After moving to Minneapolis from NYC earlier this year, my wife and I were worried that we would be missing the pizza scene we had left behind. Pizzeria Lola happily proved us wrong, and then some--this was easily some of the most delicious and creative pizza we've had in years. Shout out to our server Harriet who, over two visits, was super welcoming to our squirmy one year old and gave such excellent service!

Hard to say anything that hasn't already been said, this place rocks and is so consistent. The crust is the perfect amount of crispy and chewy. The toppings are made from top notch ingredients and the croutons have crunch for days. Also a great lunch spot with patio seating, with the only draw back being the traffic, but I can deal with that.

Amazing and innovative pizza recipes, all perfectly toasty and textured. The atmosphere is buzzing and very fun. The service was friendly and things moved speedily, I'm sure they need the tables for others. Would highly recommend going (make a reservation, especially for dinner) and trying something new!

Creative pizzeria with a fun twist on classic pizzas & unique o options. I tried their Korean bbq pizza - quite tasty with short ribs, sesame, scallions, greens etc. & light enough Neopolitan style crust to serve 1-2 easily. The prices are slightly higher because they include service charges & have a no tip necessary policy which is fair. The vibe is barmy & welcoming - was packed on a Monday afternoon. Overall I did have slightly higher expectations for this to justify its best pizza title. Hope to try them again soon.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I live in TX and recently watched an episode of Chef's Table featuring Chef Ann Kim and this restaurant. I was scheduled for a work trip to Minneapolis, so why not? Beautiful restaurant with a quirky neighborhood vibe, amazing service from Maggie at the bar and oh my, those pizzas are great! I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I admit I had been away too long from Pizzeria Lola. Just not in my part of town and I thing the goal was to try Ann Kim's new spots as the priority. Regardless, we had a family lunch at Lola and everything you know and love about Lola's is still there. Great food, excellent service and full tables. My grand daughter loved the Godzilla on the disco ball and the playlist. She thought the pizza was yummy too! If it has been awhile for you too. Stop in to Pizzeria Lola and enjoy some of the best pizzas in town. They will be glad to see you.

We arrived right at 11 when they opened and we were greeted immediately with a smile and asked if we wanted to dine inside or outside. We chose outside because it was such a nice day. Throughout our time here, the patio definitely filled up quickly! It was a fun atmosphere! We ordered a couple of pizzas to share including the Foragers Pie and the Korean BBQ pizza. Both were so tasty. Their wood fired pizza is incredible and had a nice tasty and chewy crust. The toppings were fresh and so flavorful. We both agreed the mushroom pizza was our favorite! Loved our experience here and would absolutely come back to try more!

Fusion Korean pizza spot with wayyyy more than just pizza, not far from MSP airport, and out of the hustle & bustle of the city (that means plenty of parking, pals). They adapted the lady zaza to be vegetarian for me because I wanted to try one of the Korean leaning options, and it was stellar. But to my surprise, my highlight was really the special at the time - garlic green beans with some sort of creamy tahini sauce?! Big portion and the flavor and texture and everything in between was exactly what you want in a veggie side. Tasted great cold the next day too!! I was intrigued by the soft serves, but was too full to get one. But the ones I saw looked yummo -5000. I was having a lonely day (Mother's Day) and the waiter was so personable and ended up comping my green beans because I wanted to try them but couldn't muster to get a full pizza and a side by myself, and it really made my day. Would recommend!!!!
